Want to hit it longer? Straighter? More solid? Shoot lower scores?
You have undoubtedly seen similar claims on magazine covers and infomercials that a secret tip or mechanical adjustment can lead you to the golf of your dreams.
As you suspected these claims fall short. They fall short because chances are, you are not as strong or as flexible as the tour pros you look up to. If you want to hit is farther, straighter, more solid, AND play golf without pain while looking better and feeling better when you aren't on the golf course, you need to be getting stronger and more mobile in the areas specific to the golf swing.
You need the CORE Golf Program at CORE SPI.
